This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff once helped with a morning wake-up call, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and will return for Xmas.

This was a prime choice for exploring town in Bedford with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff was helpful when we needed room service despite the restaurant not having some cocktail ingredients. If you're sensitive to strong food odors, you might want to check for potential smells before settling in.

We had a fun group trip exploring local museums and parks. The rooms were decent, and we enjoyed the comfy beds. The staff were really friendly, making our stay pleasant and welcoming. Just a heads-up, the access code system can be a bit odd, but it's manageable.

The breakfast didn't meet expectations. it took a while and came out wrong initially. We had to wait longer than usual for our order.

This place felt super cozy! The decor was really bright and friendly, and I loved the separate lounge area. It’s close to the city center, so popping out for food was easy. My only issue was the bar shutting early, which meant I couldn't grab a late drink after a long day. Still, I enjoyed my stay!

my stay at verve was fantastic! the staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help me. the room was spacious and well stocked with tea and water. the bed was super comfy, and the shower had great pressure. plus, it's in a convenient location, close to town but peaceful at night.

The vibe of the hotel was really lovely, especially in the bar area which felt luxurious and welcoming! The staff provided exceptional service, accommodating our request to eat in the bar during the Euro quarterfinal match.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the nearby parks and the local market. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Free parking was a bonus too! Perfect for groups looking for a fun getaway.

Unfortunately, the compactness of the double room left little space to navigate comfortably. I found the noise levels from the bustling street quite intrusive, making it difficult to catch some sleep, even with the windows closed. Parking availability was another hassle. the small car park was always full, and while I did manage to find on-street parking, it came with its own challenges. Lastly, the strong odor from the cleaning products permeated the air, which didn't exactly add to a relaxing vibe during my stay.

The heating arrangements need a serious overhaul!!! Insufficient sound insulation between rooms needs addressing!!! Consider improving the cleanliness standard, as dusty surfaces are unacceptable!!!

The Indian cuisine at Verve was a delightful adventure, especially the biryani! I also loved the vibrant bar/lounge area that made for a cozy hangout after a long day. Enjoyed a lovely stroll to Best Pizza just 0.5 km away, a local gem for a quick bite.

Breakfast wraps up a tad early at 8.30, and the pillows were a flimsy letdown. The receptionist didn't bother with a proper goodbye, which felt a bit off.
